2.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 71jl platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any associated balances.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update such information if it changes. 71jl reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where false, misleading, or incomplete information has been provided.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time passcodes (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
3.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access. You agree to notify 71jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 71jl shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. Bets placed and transactions made while you are logged in will be considered authorised by you.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 71jl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change; current options are displayed on the platform's deposit page.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Deposits made via e-wallets (GCash, PayMaya) are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance.
4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Philippine public holidays. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically credited within five (5) minutes of processing. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank.
4.4 Identity Verification. 71jl reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (SSS, PhilHealth, Passport, or Driver's License) and proof of registered mobile number ownership.
4.5 Funds Ownership. Funds deposited into your 71jl account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
5.1 General. 71jl may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, wagering requirements, and expiry dates as described on the relevant promotion page.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game contributions are specified on each individual promotion page.
5.3 Abuse. 71jl reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it determines that bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity has occurred in connection with a promotion.
5.4 Modification or Withdrawal. 71jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes shall not retroactively affect promotional rewards already earned by players.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 71jl platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to abide by its rules.
6.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during gameplay, 71jl reserves the right to void affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-bet state. The Company shall not be liable for losses resulting from technical failures outside its reasonable control.

71jl's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to the platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
71jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
71jl implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption, to protect personal and financial data transmitted through the platform. Player funds are maintained in accounts segregated from the Company's operational funds.
71jl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 71jl platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If such negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), with proceedings conducted in English in Metro Manila.
